Antivirus Expired...And I cannot Download McAfee

I have AAT internet. In the last day my McAfee security suite expired. I tried to down load a new one, and even spoke with ATT Techs etc ...Keep getting message that I am ineligible for the service////HELP ..

Let's see if we can help you install the Internet Security Suite, @DJBadame.

Here is more information on how to download the Security Suite and the requirements for it.

You will have to uninstall any existing Security Software before downloading it. This includes any current or expired products that you may have purchased. We suggest that you find the correct User ID, so that it will help you log in to download it.

Thank you for your help. I am certain of my user ID and password. Unfortunately your suggestion did not work. I uninstalled McAfee using their removal tool, rebooted and tried again. Keep getting the same message as follows:
