A device paused by Smart Home Manager not able to connect again to ATT home wifi but able to connect to guest wifi

I paused one of the laptops using ATT smart home manager, laptop was paused successfully, but when I unpaused it , it could not connecto to home wifi.  I had to enable  my guest wifi thru my router to get that laptop online back. Can someone help me what is going on ansd what is preventing that laptop to connect with my actual home wifi ?
