Getting AT&T on a property that already has a service
Hello,
My fiance and I are moving into our parents guest house that is about 200 feet off the main property. They already have an AT&T service at the address, do we have to add to that one or are we allowed to install our own separate service? When we try to do it online, it states there is already service there.

only 1 service per address is allowed, you would have to either use theirs, get a different provider or have the guest house registered like an apartment so address xxxx-A or B with the post office
