THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS A PUBLIC MESSAGE BOARD POPULATED BY CUSTOMERS SUCH AS YOURSELF. PLEASE USE THE 3 VERTICAL DOTS TO EDIT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT OF YOUR POST.

FYI:  ACP is scheduled to end in April.  Plan accordingly.

Hi @lovelace33, We hear you and want to help you.

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns. To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page, and choose the best option to reach out to us. You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support. If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums,

Tess, AT&T Community Specialist.

@lovelace33  FYI:

Without additional funding from Congress, the allotted $14.2b allotted to fund the ACP is projected to run out in April 2024 (estimated date). As a result, the FCC has begun to take steps to wind down the ACP. What that means is that:

  1. ACP applications and enrollments will not be accepted after Feb. 7th 2024 at 11:59pm ET.
  2. Households who have applied, been approved, and are receiving benefits will continue to do so until the funds run out as long as the household remains enrolled in the program.
  3. After the ACP funds run out (around April 2024), participating households will no longer receive the discounts.

This applies to all providers and carriers who participate in the ACP program. It is not specific to AT&T so there is very little they can do.
