Access Program
I am a long time customer of AT&T and I appreciate all the programs, promotions, and discounts your company have provided for us over the years; especially programs that help Senior Citizens and Low-Income customers.
I was told recently (1/21/20) by a representative that the Access Program which allows us to receive our internet services at a low cost will be ending soon possibly in April 2020; because this will be the program's fourth year.
The Access Program is a Blessing and a great help to us. Please continue it for your valued customers, if not, please have another program to help us keep our internet services.

There is no information at this time regarding the access program being stopped. You would be personally inform of any changes that are to take place. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
