I am a long time customer of AT&T and I appreciate all the programs, promotions, and discounts your company have provided for us over the years; especially programs that help Senior Citizens and Low-Income customers.
I was told recently (1/21/20) by a representative that the Access Program which allows us to receive our internet services at a low cost will be ending soon possibly in April 2020; because this will be the program's fourth year.
The Access Program is a Blessing and a great help to us. Please continue it for your valued customers, if not, please have another program to help us keep our internet services.
