Is there a plan for $10 if you have a child that goes to school because I was told there was but I didn’t get that plan.

No. There is a $10 plan but having a child in school doesn’t qualify you for it. The $10 plan is for people on SNAP assistance. More info here: https://m.att.com/shopmobile/internet/access/index.html
