Rented condo is missing an AT&T service box...
Hi, my condo doesn’t seem to have an AT&T service box, and there are no online support options. Considering my phones call feature is currently broken, is it possible to schedule an appointment online?

If your address shows service available when checking https://www.att.com/availability/, the installer should be able to provide any needed equipment.
