New construction no internet

Ridiculous how I enter my neighbors addresses and they have AT&T and my house is in between and I don’t have service here!!! I called 4 different numbers and nobody could help me! All of them kept telling me you need a technician out to check your house and when I got transferred we can’t send nobody without an open account!! But they couldn’t open it because of my address!!!

So is your home address where you get your mail? That's where AT&T gets it's info as far as legitimate addresses. When you call ask for an address validation, give them the addresses of your neighbors who have service on each side of you.

@spoom2 Yes I do receive mail with that address. I called them but they told me to nominate my house for internet not sure what does that means and if it helps at all.
