Milwaukee area is 0.5 Mpbs download speed This is horrific They will not answer the phone
I have a Wauwatosa area DSL connection and I am getting 0.5 mbps download speed according to Google speed test. The ATT speed test magically says I'm getting 13mpbs but that's a lie. They hang up on you and the live chat bot they have keeps telling you to call a number that is not connected. Fix this ATT!

Hey @psppb,
We'd like to help you with your Internet speed. When you are running a speed test using Google, it is showing the available bandwidth left from all devices. AT&T speed test shows the speed of the line to your gateway. This can help narrow down where the troubleshooting lies.
Are you directly connected using an Ethernet cable or are you using Wi-Fi? How many devices are connected? What Internet plan do you have?
