Local IP Address for video streaming live tv

I have ATT Fixed Wireless for my internet service.  When I try to watch local TV networks on a streaming service like Hulu I get an error message that says it looks like I am not home because the IP address does not match the Zip Code where I live.  On Paramount Plus, my local CBS station changes based on where the IP Address du jour appears to be located. Will a static IP address that shows the correct geographic location resolve this issue?

We're here to help point you in the right direction, EHMitchell!

Fixed Wireless Internet is unable to support a Static IP due to it providing service via wireless data. Because of this, we suggest you reach out to the support teams of the different streaming services you use for any workarounds or available resolutions.

Feel free to reach back out to us if you have any further questions. Thank you for being a part of our AT&T Community!

I don't have Direct TV.  I have ATT fixed wireless.  My issue is that I cannot stream local channels because my IP address makes it appear I am somewhere other than my home.

Thank you Donovan, that makes sense.  Hulu has already said you can't use their Live TV services with a mobile connection.  I didn't even think about Fixed Wireless being mobile based.  Lucky for me, fiber is coming my way SOON!  Until then Hulu will have to do without me.  Thanks for your help.
