Possibly, what equipment do you have?
Why was it not returned when previously cancelled service?
Is the speed tier the same, may be switching from single pair to bonded pair requiring a tech installation to connect the second pair.
If fiber install may be moving from a GPON to XSGPON requiring different ONT.
