Complaint Phone Number

Can someone please provide me with a number to call for the complaint department?

I messaged AT&T cares, they asked for my phone number, and never called me...

I tried to get service installed at my home on Monday and no one showed up... It's been 3 weeks without internet and I am more than fed up with this.
Absolutely horrible service.
