Broadband service drops same time every day

We are AT&T U-verse customers. For the past two months, our house has lost broadband service at roughly the same time (10:45am-11:30am) and for the same amount of time (2 hours) every single day. Typically the message we receive is: "WARNING: Broadband service is not available (Message ID: NAD-2302)." Specifically, the message says that our Pace 5268AC gateway cannot connect to the Broadband service.

During these daily outages, we can still access our network, but there's no service to our TV, internet (wired or wireless) or landline phone.

We have already gone through every DIY step suggested to us, and even had two different AT&T technicians come out to try and fix the problem. We've also tried replacing our U-verse modem (twice). The problem does not seem to be related to any one device in our house, as we've already tried disconnecting each of them from the network/turning them off.

Any ideas??
