Billing dispute

We haves account charge on our bill for having someone come out to make moving connections to our account. We were told they would not have charged us if, when we had called in to have someone come out to do our connections in the new home , the operator that took the call wouldn’t have labeled it a repair we wouldn’t have been charged. Now this is 100$ more on our bill and with this corona virus going on and my other half not working this is an unreasonable bill. Especially if this could have been handled in another manner on your end. We would like this fee to be waived and we would like to do,as we always do, and pay this bill in full on time like we always do.

this is a customer forum not at&t so they wont see your post, when you say move connections did you move from one house to another? if so theres a 99.00 movers fee which also comes with a new contract
