WiFi gateway not working

My smart home manger app keeps showing this. I’ve tried more then 4 times unplugging and plugging again and resetting. It still says it can’t communicate with My gateway. Help what can I do to fix this. It won’t allow me to see connected devices and also my home cameras wont connect now .. the WiFi itself does work tho. Kids tablets and my phone is connected

What do the lights in the front of the gateway look like?  Is the Broadband light green?

Look at the Gateway's internal status page at http://192.168.1.254/ .  Does it say Broadband Connection Up here?

And you are able to reach the Internet through the Wi-Fi?
