Terrible connection but only on one device

About 4 days ago my internet connection started to completely die for about 20-30 minutes once or twice a day. However, that is only happening on my computer and none of my other devices. I have attached an image of my router manager showing the connections below, and the arrow is pointing to my computer's connection. How can I fix this?

Suggests your computer wifi card or circuit is having the issue as all other devices are working as expected...

 

You could purchase a USB wireless adapter, plug into a free USB port on the pc, setup a new network on the pc, disabling your built in.

 

IF you are already using a USB wifi adapter, may be time to purchase another.
