Service call
So I did the troubleshooting thing that detected issues. Claimed it is fiber cable. So I checked all that it was plugged in. Apparently one going to the panel wasn't installed very well because it has been hanging out the bottom since installed it. Anyhow since they couldn't fix it they want to send a tech out. Claimed no charge basically if it's on their end and would be notified if there's a charge to me. Then I get a text AFTER confirming schedule saying I may be charged a 99 dispatch fee. .
I'm not sure what to expect here. What other kind of fees will they throw on me to fix this?
