returned gateway verified

had to return a gateway........  They keep texting me that it's not been received.      Tracking shows it was received by them 10 days ago.      I keep calling the number & having to leave message or for them to return call  & now for 2 days no one has called back.     Is there a way to verify received on-line on my account?

We can address your concern about the gateway you returned, Maymorris.

Once the gateway has been processed in our system, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you end up receiving an email that states you'll be charged for the gateway, let us know, and we'll submit a dispute for you.

If you need help with anything else, let us know.

@Maymorris, Can you help me I am having same problem. Returned gateway to the UPS store and was specifically told by UPS employ to keep copy of the return paper they provided because it would be the only prove that we returned it.

Yes they ended up charging my account and I kept calling & was told it had been received due to the tracking # but they hadn't processed it yet.   I think it took 3 calls to finally get the credit to show up.   In the meantime, I went into my account & took off the auto pay until I got the credit as I was not going to pay it.....  Once my credit showed up, I went back in & setup auto payments again.     Hope this helps

Not looking forward to all the calls because I know they can be at least an hour long, on hold then all the transfers. But definitely worth to get credit for the equipment.
