Netflix not connecting

NETFLIX message says internet not connected. My tv is showing connected as well as my phone. It's just Netflix that I can't connect to. I've talked with Direct TV, Netflix, I've set and reset, plugged and unplugged. Why isn't it connecting? Just happened when I tried to watch it yesterday.
