My Wireless

I have a new Smart TV, but I can't get it onto my Wireless.

We are here to help with your Wi-Fi connection to your Smart TV. Could you please provide some more details for us to narrow down where the trouble maybe.

  • Is your Smart TV able to discover your Wi-Fi network?
    • If not, there maybe a distance issue, and will require a Wi-Fi extender to help cover that area.
    • To help troubleshoot this, use the Smart Home Manager app, and to check the signal strength in that location.
  • Are you receiving a login password error?
