Modem Defective - never sent replacement. marked case resolved.

Last week , we noticed internet issues. Called ATT. got the auto bot. did troubleshoot at least 3-4 times, that includes reboots. 

Finally, got a person, who ran tests again, and diagnosed that the model is kaput , dead, bad. 

He said it needs replacement. We said OK. Then says, but, we got no modems in stock, will send in 2-5 business days. 

we said okay. the lastest day he said was Saturday to arrive.

It did not arrive.

Went online to check order status. It shows as resolved.

No modem was delivered.

ATT customer service at its best. How do these guys sleep at night!?

I still have issues. I pay for 100 Mbps. I get download okay. but upload is like 0.1 Mbps.

called them again. they promised to send modem by Tuesday Aug 5th. fingers toes ___ crossed, lets see.
