Mcafee Download Problems

My mcafee has been telling me that I need to renew my service. I've tried incesently for the last week to download the software.

 

Everytime I try to download from att.net/iss I get the following error message:

 

We're sorry, the AT&T sevice you are attempting to access is not available using the login information you provided.
To continue, please select the login button for one of the services below.

 

I am logged into the service's main account and I've tried on 3 separate computers with no success. Considering what cable/internet costs on a monthly basis I would expect the website to be a little more functional.

 

Any assistance that can be provided would be great.  I've already called customer care, and they pushed me through to mcafees help desk, and then mcafee told me it was an att problem.

 

someone help resolve this redundant issue.

The best help I can give you is to uninstall Mcafee it is the worst product!!!

There are plenty of other free anti-virus that are better than that crap.

I am just curious. Did you ever get help for this issue? AT&T has been no help to me on this issue.
