iPhone 11 will not back-up on WIFI network

Hello - I got a new iPhone recently (11) and for some reason I cannot backup my iPhone to the cloud. The only way it seems to work is if I reset my network settings on my phone. It will work for a while, then goes back to not working. I have 100MBPS internet and the newest modem. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? I can back my phone up on my work WIFI and other WIFI networks, which is really frusturating, so I know it is not the phone itself.

Hello,

You can check with AT&T if you have device coverage via downloading the Protech app for free to troubleshoot issue, check phone and ultimately look at a replacement if it’s a hardware issue.

If that it isn’t insured, reach out to Apple directly via the Apple Support app (download in App Store) to chat with Apple and see if it’s soemthing under the 1 year warranty or a known issue that will be addressed with an update. They have phone line 800. MY-IPHON as well for tech calls.
