Internet Service for Direct TV and U-Verse customers

There is over 35 complaints via NextDoor App for the Madison & Ridgeland Area about latency problems for the last several days. My problem has been going on for over 6 months and AT&T support says there is no problems. I have reloaded windows 10 3 times, rebooted the AT&T router 5 times and still have the same problem.. It's intermittent throughout a 24 hour period. In order to catch it, you have to run speedtest every minute. My games have been experiencing high pings and garbled TV viewings. I guess I report this problem Monday again.
