Internet disconnecting randomly

Hello, I have posted here before about this problem and have had a tech come out that said they fixed to problem. While they did fix my internet speed being sporadic, my internet randomly disconnecting is still happening. Most of the time when my internet disconnects I got his error: Gateway Authentication Failure. Please contact your Service Provider. Also the error messages: Broadband service is not available (Message ID: NAD-3303) and Broadband service is not available (Message ID: NAD-2302) come up occasionally.

I get NAD-3303 message "Broadband Service is not available" See photo. Support seems clueless- ATT had a local network outage a couple days ago in Cary NC (27511), which lasted all day. Now (July 15, 4:30pm-8:44pm) I get intermittant outages about every 30 mins with the following message. Please fix the ATT network so that it stops failing like this.

I just got the fiber internet and it works great. Now it randomly stops working. I would wait maybe 15 min then it works again.
