Good afternoon, I hope all is well! I see you are inquiring about a box from the front of your house to be moved.

I have found a link which will guide you to the proper steps on how to get it removed correctly. Please click here, this will give you a website to our forums page. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach back out to us.

@ATTHelp

Hi there. I have not one, but TWO of these green poles on my property (one says 8504, which is my house number, and the other says 8506, which is my neighbor, but the pole is on my property). The link you provided above does not "guide you to the proper steps on how to get it removed correctly" as you stated. In fact, it gives no information at all except for people arguing about permits and easements.

AT&T went through an easement and/or right of way process to gain access to and protect the placement of this junction, and they're very unlikely to consider moving it. You can verify such documentation though your local government offices. You can also try posting in the AT&T Business Forum for additional input.

I've been calling different AT&T numbers but keep getting the run-a-round regarding the green box terminal in my front yard. I'm not an AT&T customer. The green box terminal is not flush to the grass in my yard and is extended creating a hill and trip danger in my front yard. Three days ago my son and neighbor were playing in my front yard and tripped over the exposed green terminal box and hurt themselves. I live in Collierville, TN, 38107. I was instructed to call 800-924-9420, 800-288-2020, and 800-983-3233. None of those numbers provided any assistance.

  • I moved into my house a few months ago and have called AT&T at least 8 times but have gotten the run around in regards to fixing the green box in front of my house. Can anyone tell who to contact to fix this flooding issue? Thank you.

I had a cave-in in my front yard from a leak in the city drainage. The city fixed the cave-in and leak but the AT&T box in the ground near where it happened is deformed and broken from the ground shifting. The cover is also broken and no longer fits properly since the underground part of the box was deformed and I'm worried it could be a safety hazard if/when someone steps on it and it breaks. Can AT&T come out to replace it?... and preferably with a smaller one? I noticed it's much too large for the amount of wires inside it.
