I've been calling different AT&T numbers but keep getting the run-a-round regarding the green box terminal in my front yard. I'm not an AT&T customer. The green box terminal is not flush to the grass in my yard and is extended creating a hill and trip danger in my front yard. Three days ago my son and neighbor were playing in my front yard and tripped over the exposed green terminal box and hurt themselves. I live in Collierville, TN, 38107. I was instructed to call 800-924-9420, 800-288-2020, and 800-983-3233. None of those numbers provided any assistance.

I had a cave-in in my front yard from a leak in the city drainage. The city fixed the cave-in and leak but the AT&T box in the ground near where it happened is deformed and broken from the ground shifting. The cover is also broken and no longer fits properly since the underground part of the box was deformed and I'm worried it could be a safety hazard if/when someone steps on it and it breaks. Can AT&T come out to replace it?... and preferably with a smaller one? I noticed it's much too large for the amount of wires inside it.
