Have you restarted your gateway recently to make sure there isn't an operational problem with the gateway?

Did you change any cables? Not all cable are alike.

Did you have a storm recently? On a rare occasion the Ethernet port can be burned out from an electrical storm.

There small green LED status light next to ethernet port on back of the rg. Make sure its solid green.
