Damaged Boxes in Community

Good morning,

I am the Administrative Assistant for an HOA located in Denton County, Frisco TX. We have several damaged boxes in the community that have AT&T on them as well as "Telecommunications Signature Series Broadband".

We need information on if these boxes are even functioning as there are numerous boxes that are damaged and some with wires exposed

I plan to go out in the community, mind you we have 590+ doors in Heritage Lakes HOA, and get all the numbers of boxes that require immediate attention. Please give me clarification on the boxes being functional, as well as removal / repair processes at your earliest convenience. Please Note: AT&T Fiber is currently doing work in the community as well. So if these boxes are not working we would like to know when they can be removed.

The HOA name is Heritage Lakes HOA, an address to the Clubhouse for location purposes is (Edited to remove personal information). Frisco TX 75034.

Please contact me immediately regarding this inquiry.

Thank you,

Cacedie (Edited to remove personal information)

Hi @c_fira, thank you for reaching out as we want to ensure any safety concerns are addressed immediately.

We do have a specific department to assist with situations like these.  Whether it's due to severe weather, or vandalism, we know how important it is to resolve these issues quickly.

You can call us or chat, but here is the info to get this reported.  You can call our Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET.

You can find more information about the process at our Report unburied cables, exposed wires, or downed lines site.

Thanks

@ATTTimCS

Your post says to call the BWC for this situation.  The link you provided contradicts that, so which is correct?
