Broadband 1 Red Light is Blinking
The Broadband 1 on my AT&T U-verse router is blinking red. Everything else appears as it normally does. I'm online and have not had a problem which I'm aware of with that. What should I do?

Use an esupport tool to test your service or call the 800 number and ask level to check for you.

It sounds like you have a bonded-pair DSL line and one of the two has failed. You are able to use the connection over one of the pair, but at degraded capacity. As gr8sho says, use https://ufix.att.com, the diagnostics in the myAT&T app, or SmartHomeManager to test your line. It should be able to recognize the condition and schedule a technician visit for you.
