ATT U-Verse Firmware Update
ok I have a U-Verse nvg589 modem and I have been having some issue with the connection lately past 2 months since I'm a gamer and I lag a lot during gaming.
Where can I find the firmware update for this modem?
I feel like that this firmware is some what outdated and is hoping that the new one will be the fixing solution.

AT&T manages all firmware updates on your gateways for you. If you want to check your Gateway anyway, it appears that the latest NVG 589 firmware version is 9.2.2h0d88.
However, I'll bet your issue isn't the firmware. What testing have you done? What else is on your network connection when you have the issues? Is your gaming device connection wired or wireless? Have you tried wired to see if that helps (Wi-Fi often introduces random variations in latency).
