0.0.0.0 assigned to unknown devices (4 of them).

Be nice to know why these have 0.0.0.0 addresses?  I have AT&T U-verse with one DVR and 3 set-top boxes (2 of which are wireless).  The AT&T wireless router; I have turned ***OFF*** all wireless antennae as I have my own AP's.  I may bridge the AT&T, but the below is preventing me from doing so.  I have two wireless ATT VAP 2500's (wirelessly connect to the STBs) connected to the switched ports on the ATT router, my firewall router is connected and it's NOT one of the unknown's below nor are the two VAP's.  I also have a PC directly connected to the ATT switched port and not showing up below either.

Who is the king of kings here and can explain this anomaly?   Thanks you for any help!  Franklin
