unable to sign into yahoo email

I am unable to sign into my yahoo email.  I am able to get into ATT but when I try to sign into my email "hmmm can not reach this page ERR Connection Reset. I saw that someone else is unable to sign into his email and he was told to go to a link and sign in from there.  I tried that but got the same "soc.att.com   message about can not reach the page. I tried rebooting but that hasn't helped.  Any advice would be appreciated

Let us get more information:

  • What mail client are you using to sign in? Currently.com is the best web client to use.
  • When you say you're able to get into AT&T, are you referring to AT&T email?

Let us know so we can provide the appropriate steps to resolve this.

Thank you.  I was on the phone with ATT support last night and we tried going thru ATT.net, ATT.com, Currently changing from Chrome to another web browser and trying again and each attempt about unable to reach page. The rep that had me try to get into my ATT Yahoo email on my cell phone and I was able to do so.  Both the phone and the Lenovo ideapad go to the same internet connection. I am very sorry if I am not describing things well.  I am 70 and my computer skills are very poor. The page that comes up with the unable to find suggests looking at my firewall.  Avast Premium controls my firewall and I can't seem to check my firewall. I think maybe I should stick to writing letters rather than using email :-)

well, I don't know how it was fixed, but i have signed onto my email.
