prodigy.net e-mail problem

Hello,

 

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide, I really appreciate it.

 

I have an AT&T dial up account with a primary prodigy.net e-mail address and a couple of sub-account prodigy.net e-mail addresses.  One of the sub-account e-mail addresses has a problem that when I log in and click on mail, I get an error page that says "We're having trouble accessing your mailbox".

 

The primary e-mail address and another sub-account e-mail address work fine, but this one sub-account e-mail address I cannot access. I've had this e-mail address for probably almost 20 years and I am desperate to get access to it.

 

Before posting to this board, here is a list of everything that I've tried so far with nothing able to solve the problem:

 

  - Cleared cache and cookies

  - Used both Chrome and Edge web browsers

  - Tried logging in from both att.com and att.net

  - Tried from my iPhone web browser

  - Tried the Yahoo e-mail app

  - Tried multiple settings in Outlook to try to access via POP

  - Changed the password

  - Spent about 4 hours on the phone with AT&T tech support, including changing the password.  Everyone I spoke to was fantastic and very helpful, but we could not solve the problem

  - E-mailed Yahoo Tech Support who replied back they would refer the problem to engineering but I haven't heard back yet

 

So after all this, I thought I'd try this forum to see if anyone might have an answer as I am desperate to get to this particular prodigy.net e-mail address.  I've included a screen shot of what I see when I log into the problem e-mail address and click on mail.
