prodigy.net email no longer working
my prodigy.net emailed stopped working 2 weeks ago. I use to access this email through yahoo.com. When I contacted Yahoo I was told that ATT manages the account and that they need to un merge the email from their service. I can't seem to find anyone at ATT that can help me. I do have a profile at ATT.com and can login to it. But am unable manage this email address there.

Hi @mpoteete, we are delighted to help get you back into your email account.
Resetting your password is one of the fastest ways to get back into your account.
If you are still unable to login after resetting your password, wait 12 hours for the system to update and try again.
If you attempted to sign into your account via Yahoo and you were redirected to AT&T E-mail login page, this is normal. If you are having trouble signing in, try:
Clearing the cache and cookies on your browser.
Testing with a different browser.
If you are still having issues with loading the login page, go to Currently from AT&T and click on the mail icon at the top right.

I tried all of the above suggestions to no avail - still unable to login into this email. I also tried logging into my ATT profile and then deleting the email account but here was no option to delete the email account. Originally I did have a wireless phone account with att and this was my email address associated with the phone number but that wireless account ended over 5 years ago. Would that be the reason I can't delete the email address from ATT and un-merge the prodigy email account from ATT (this was suggested by yahoo)?
