Outlook keeps asking for login credentials

I have a bellsouth.net email address and an AT&T mail account located with/hosted by Yahoo.  My password expired so I reset it.  I can log into Yahoo with no problem.  However, now every time I log into my Outlook email client it prompts me for login credentials.  And it renews the prompt every few minutes.  I've experienced this in the past when my password expired but it always went away after I reset my password.  I've just changed the password again to see if that would fix the problem but it hasn't fixed it.  I've visited every account setting that I'm aware of and changed the password to the new password.

How do I get rid of the constant login prompts?

Good Friday morning @scruffy123,

Have you updated your password in Outlook?

You can find detailed instructions on updating your password for Outlook 10 here.

I didn't change the Outlook data file password, I changed the outbound mail server to outbound.att.net and that seems to have fixed the problem.
