Locked out of email account with "Too many attempts" message

Is anyone else running into this problem?  I keep encountering this message, even upon a first attempt for the day, and even when I'm instructed by Support that things are fixed and to try again.  Frustrating!

Thank you. I’m wondering if they’re trying to push people into using ZenKey. I am not interested in doing that and don’t see why I should be forced into it. I guess I’ll see if this keeps happening and not getting fixed. As it is, I keep having to reset my password.
