email drafts folder
I no longer can access emails that are in my drafts folder. I currently have 13 drafts in the folder, but when I try to access the pop-up message I receive is that it cannot access and to "retry." Retry does not work. I have shut down my Macbook Air and restarted, still does not correct the problem. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @JaneAnnB,
We are sorry about the issues you are having accessing your draft folders. Are you having this issue through a client E-mail program, such as MacMail, or on the att.net mail website? If possible, try testing on a different device to see if you are still having the same issues.
