DNSBL:RBL 521 - ATT Blocking our Emails
Hi AT&T. It appears that our server's IP address is being blocked by the A&T mail servers. Can you please whitelist the IP address 23.92.176.100. The server sends important autoresponder emails to incoming students about their enrollment and we believe that they may not be receiving their messages. This is a new IP address and may not have any reputation. Last week we migrated their website to a new server and received this new IP.

Thanks for the quick response, @JaisungPark77!
Although we understand the need to get your server removed from the block list, the forums team is unable to assist with these requests. Your request will be processed in the order it's received. This may take some time and sending additional emails may slow down the process.
Thanks for your patience!

When you submit an e-mail to that address, be sure to note:
1) How long you've had the IP address,
2) When the problem first occurred,
3) Any checks you've made and any issues you've corrected with respect to open relays, etc.
4) Any information you can share with respect to senders domains, etc.
5) Technical contact information
The last time I had an RBL issue with AT&T, it took less than a day to resolve.

We've had this IP for more than 10 years. We noticed this issue over the last 2 weeks and immediately checked all the RBL's listed (we were not listed). The main domain we send from that IP is @sbga.com and I can be reached at [email scrubbed]. Very frustrating. Most domains have a live RBL you can actively review how/why you are listed. This is like a black hole.
