DNSBL Block - No Response

Hi ATT,

I'm encountering the same issue provided at the link below. Reverse DNS has been correct. However, when I e-mail abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net I am getting no response after 48-72 hours. I have attempted contact twice. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

Thanks

Ken

Hey, @FlatFour. We'd be glad to help you reach the abuse team.

As Raychel said on the thread you were referring to, it can take some time for the abuse team to get back to you on your email. To avoid delaying the process by getting your emails potentially marked as spam, you should send only 1 email to them and wait until you get a response.

Let us know if you have anymore questions!

Thanks for the response and it's much appreciated. What is the time line for sending another request? No status report leaves customers in limbo.

@FlatFour,

We do not have an estimated time for a response back from our abuse team. Please be patient as they are working diligently towards a resolution. We ask for your ongoing patience during this time.

Thank you.
