Change Sub-Account Password!?
I am losing my mind. Please help.
I can't remember my password and need to reset it. My email is a sub-account. I log in under the main account, get to the "manage my sub accounts" page, hit edit & change password, and this is the message you give me for my sub accounts passwords:
"This sub-account is linked to an AT&T Access ID. You don't have permission to edit the password for this sub-account."
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?! This is insane... if the main account holder can add new accounts, disable accounts, etc., how can it be that they can't change passwords??

Call into 1-800-288-2020, they should be able to get it reset for you

they can't reset email at this number, I tried numerous times. they kept directing me to the online password reset tool, which if that doesn't work, then they have no other options for you (at least that is what I was told)
