Care Code (just wished they cared)

for the last several days I have been unable to access emails (CC 205.4) and billing account (CC 201) to no avail - somehow ATT does not recognize my 20+ year old email or 30+ year old account id as being part of the ATT "family". Somebody from ATT said they had fixed it Friday, 01/22, and indeed I did get one batch of emails between 0730 and 0800 that morning (so I thought it was indeed "fixed"), but after 0800, same old Code 205.4 b/s. What's up ATT?
