Can't login to sbcglobal.net email

@ATTHelp I need assistance resetting my password so I can access my sbcglobal.net email again. I did not change my password that I know of, but AT&T says it is incorrect. I clicked on the reset password link and enter my email and last name but it says there is "not enough information to reset my password and to call for assistance." I tried calling but can't get through to anyone due to not having an AT&T account. This sbcglobal email is like 18yrs old.

I used to always be able to login from Yahoo with my phone number as an account key just fine, but now it just keeps redirecting to AT&T who has a message that it locked my account and that I need to reset password but then it can't do that for me without calling!

I have tried so many times from my new phone, computer and from various browsers. I tried following AT&Ts email troubleshooting guide with no luck. Please help.
