Cannot access yahoo email - old sbcglobal account?
I have an old yahoo account. It has been hacked so I’m trying to access it. However, every time I try to log in with yahoo, it sends me to at&t. Then the ID and password are incorrect.
Yahoo said they can’t help - at&t has to. But at&t has told me that it’s yahoo’s job...I just need to be able to log in to my old yahoo account through yahoo, not at&t redirect

Hey @Jil_19,
We're here to help you with your AT&T Email. Have you cleared your cache and cookies? What is the extension of the Email (@att.net, @sbcglobal, and etc)? Please do not include full Email when replying.
You can try to open your Email in a different web browser or in incognito/private browsing mode. This will disable able any add-ons and extensions causing trouble.
Removing any passwords saved on your web browser can resolve this trouble as well.
