at&t not connecting to aol emails!! HELP!
Hello - I have not had any access to my aol email thru my at&t uverse. It has been almost 3 days now. I have called aol, and they said there is a connection problem with at&t and aol emails, and it should be fixed "soon".
I am very concerned about this, unable to access my aol email thru any other server, since my wifi is with at&t.
Please respond asap as to when this problem can be addressed.
This is the screen that appears after about 5 minutes of trying to load:
This site can’t be reached
my.screenname.aol.com took too long to respond.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
- Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_TIMED_OUT
Thank you =

Do you have the aol email set up to forward to your att email?
Can't you log directly on to aol's webmail to get the email there?0

Go to in cognito private browsing on your device
Sign in to your att account.
Open a separate tab for aol.
After a few minutes, I tried to sign back in to aol.
The first time it still didn’t come up, the second time the sign- in aol email box came up. I signed in, and there were 500+ emails waiting!
So far, it has been working ok in the regular browsing again - hope this helps.
So frustrating that aol couldn’t help - even their tech dept was clueless.
Take care!

I use iPad and iPhone. I have ATT. For three years I’ve had daily issue where I get messages saying AOL password is incorrect ( it isn’t )..but, I DID get the emails. Finally this week I stopped getting any emails at all. I tried deleting the AOL account on the iPad, and reloading it. All that did was delete
my other folders Under incoming mail. So I finally decided that’s enough and switched to Gmail, I will now use the program that allows alias function so I will still get anything sent to AOL. Very frustrating to lose my 25 year email address.
