does anyone else have this problem?
One my 5 tech contact, they now say it isn't an AT&T domain.

Hi @DetroitBrother,
Are you able to log into your email? Are you using a 3rd party mailbox?

Is the issue with an E-mail client or is it with your AT&T E-mail at att.net?

I don't know the difference. What I can say is it doesn't matter if log in via att.net via yahoo.com via my cell phone i can see and send emails but not recieve them.
