554 6.6.0 Error sending message for delivery
sent emails are going to drafts folder. I have gotten a secure mail key. I cannot send messages from Web Platform (MS Edge), Outlook 2010, or Outlook 2013. I have even changed password and no help.

Have you check your Imap settings? because that could affect if your emails or being sent correctly. Please check your Imap settings then see after if you can send a message.
