WiFi connected but unable to access internet

Our WiFi is on and connected with all green lights and will connect to all of our devices, but we are unable to access any internet still.

The connection loss could indicate that there's no external network connection to your router. Typically, restarting the router re-establishes the connection.

If that doesn't work, we suggest running diagnostics with our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool.
