Refused internet

My son education is going to be on AT&T if I don’t speak with a manager. I have contacted my (Edited per community guidelines) and is ready to press the matter. I would appreciate if management would call me by 3 pm today or my (Edited per community guidelines) will continue

this isnt at&t this is a customer forum and they will not see your demand i saw on your other post you were trying to get the 10 dollar access internet, you have to fill out the application, if approved you and you meet all the requirements they email you back with the information on how to set it up, this isnt something that happens overnight it takes several weeks.

they are not giving me help due to a previous tenant I don’t know that has account at address. So ya because I have no way finding this person i don’t even know name to tell them call AT&T to cancel. so I can Get service for my child. So until they can see that I don’t know this person and no way to call. We can’t finish school year. So thank you for comments back. But my son education is being played with just cuz I’m low income family well we can’t all be perfect.

@Tiffiff88 what your experiencing is an fcc mandated rule. Until the previous tenant cancels or the landlord confirms vacated tenancy if the previous tenant AT&T hands are tied. Right now they have no proof whether or not your a disgruntled spouse or squatting trying to cancel active service.

This thread still isn't private. I am concerned as most if not all post that have this issue is responded by you. Check your settings and talk with your supervisor and/or IT as either there is system or user error that needs to be fixed.
