prodigy.net email account

I have seen other posts on this but without an answer.  I cannot access my prodigy.net email account. Getting various error messages from yahoo, including it does not recognize my email address.  What is happening here?  This is a major issue for me as most of my on-line activity is tied to this account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I understand how frustrating that can be, let's address your issue.
Have you tried a password reset? This normally resolves issues related to access your email.
You do so by going to our main website.
Let us know if this resolved your issue.

reset password. go to att.net and try to access email and get error
message saying page requested not found.

What is going on? my prodigy.net account is my primary email address and i
have not been able to access it for weeks.

We would be happy to help you with your prodigy email account @Toddtim!

 

When you attempted to access your email through the Currently website and it did not recognize your email, did you try the process for Forgot User ID to see if that would help you get through?

 

If you are attempting to access your emails through a client such as Outlook or Apple Mail, ensure you have a Secure Mail Key setup. This is required now that AT&T has made accessing your email even more secure.

 

We also have an online tool you can you to walk you through how to repair your email access. If the forgot user ID process does not work, see if this tool will have more options. Follow: Common Topics > Email Setup and Repair.

Yes, I tried the "Forgot User ID" and that didn't help.  About 7-10 days ago I quit being able to send/receive emails on my old prodigy.net account.  I have called Yahoo and they cannot help because it is an account now held by AT&T.  I have called AT&T and they cannot help.  I am unable to login on my phone or desktop thru Currently.com or any other access point.  I receive a message that my account doesn't exist or that my username and password aren't recognized.  Even my IT firm couldn't get this straightened out.  Please help.
