My mother got at&t without my permission

My mother owe's $315.00 to at&t at her house (Edited per community guidelines). I'm not sure how long she's had it. But it's illegal and I wish she would leave me alone. She keeps trying to ruin my life. And she's jealous of me. It's disgusting. I don't see her as my mother at all. Never have. She's just not mother material. Plus ever since she met Juan , she turned into a perverted person, it's disgusting. What can I do? I don't like that she committed fraud by starting an account in my name with at&t . I forwarded my mail from her house and now at&t change the address on the bill to my address (Edited per community guidelines) like if it was my bill. (Edited per community guidelines)! It's in my name and this (Edited per community guidelines)! How did she start the account? Do they not ask for id? My name is Claudia (Edited per community guidelines) by the way and my identity theft addict mother name is Reyna (Edited per community guidelines). Well the account was opened illegally, obviously. I'll What should I do? Not only this, but she's tried cashing checks in my name. It's annoying. She doesn't need the money, she's bothering and it's annoying.
